Love the Navigator, however when it was time for my 10k oil change (prepaid) and two recalls from the dealer I was VERY DISAPPOINTMENT. * Tough to make appt I wanted * They were over an hour late to pick oil change (prepaid) and two recalls from the dealer I was VERY DISAPPOINTMENT. * Tough to make appt I wanted * They were over an hour late to pick up car * car was suppose to be returned same evening, however it wasn’t returned for 3 days * lack of communication was big issue * I contacted GM to discuss, we never connected and I was Very disappointed This was the FIRST SERVICE my new 2024 Lincoln had been thru, there people were sooooooooo great to deal with until they got my over $100k for the car, then its like they didn’t want to fix things. Just my opinion More

I took my Lincoln Nautilus in for recall work including replacement of brake rotors and pads. The quality of the work seems fine. The communication from the service department was terrible. I had a loaner replacement of brake rotors and pads. The quality of the work seems fine. The communication from the service department was terrible. I had a loaner vehicle from them, which was helpful, but standard for Black Label vehicles. I dropped the car off on a Thursday morning. I never heard back that day without initiating a call. At the end of the day, no one told me if the car was done or not, so I assumed it was not and kept the loaner. On Friday, I had to call again and was told by text the car was still being serviced. After that, no word back for the rest of the day. Saturday, I called and had to leave a voice message that was not returned. It wasn't until Monday morning that I received the first communication that wasn't solicited telling me the car was ready. When I picked it up, there was no one there to explain to me what was done on the car. I had to go searching for a service person. My previous car was a Lexus and the service at their dealership in Lakewood was superior to this in every way. I was very disappointed. I like the car, but service matters. More
