Sometimes it takes days for what I would perceived to be a non-routine issue. Also, the number of loaner cars available as lacking. If I need to leave my car for a day or more, a loner typically is not available. For just repairs which will require less than a day, I understand the shuttle service and Lyft partnership which works great. More
