You did a great job in diagnosing and fixing my electrical problem (I have since returned the defective battery to the auto parts store where I purchased it). All of the other work was great. My only issue (this did not affect your rating) was that I had ~60,000 points. This was just enough to cover the cost of the battery and associated labor. That means that each point is only worth half a penny. Shouldn't 60,000 points be worth more than $300? At your current rate, why bother. In any case, thanks for being there for me. More
