I bought my 2012 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid new. i have had it serviced regularly only at this dealership. it is hands down the best dealership I have ever encountered.. They have done things that I would never have expected. When my original service contract was ending they replaced my rear brakes just because they were getting close. They could have waited until my next service appointment and charged me for them. They have done similar things over the years . Service advisors have come and gone yet they are all awesome. More
