I live 5 miles away from another Lincoln dealership and 25 miles away from Landmark, and I go to the trouble to drive that far to Landmark for the service they give. The other dealership is sub-par. This is the third time I have had my Ford serviced here at Landmark Lincoln. As always, they completed the service efficiently. Often fixing problems others just ignored or were not competent to fix. Unfortunately, the 2022s are all waiting for the back up camera software so they weren’t available, even though we were given several different dates. In the end we bought a 2023 as my need was very immediate! The car wasn’t exactly as the phone call, as no massage seats, and a different color, but the trendy looking wheels with the red sparkle paint job, as well as the cashew seating inside, made it an eye- catching winner! My true need for the Lincoln Corsair was a very smooth, comfortable ride to handle the Colorado potholes, and something with good pick-up speed and cornering. I will be undergoing a lot of treatments for cancer, and this is my luxury ride. It doesn’t disappoint and has an excellent sound system, and moves me into the EV/gas ride. I am loving that already. Hats off to Lou, in Sales, and Brad in Finance, as well as any others who masked up, since I had just had chemo and my immune system was shot. I really appreciated their care and consideration! More
