I love this dealership and have had nothing but great experiences!! The only thing I would recommend is to have them repeat to you the service you are receiving. I called in to schedule an oil change, recall and also an EXTERIOR wax. I told the person on the phone exterior wax and also the service rep EXTERIOR wax only! When I got in my car I noticed the interior was detailed! It looked very good but I had specifically said EXTERIOR wax only. The reason being is that I have a severe allergy to fragrance and was worried about the chemicals they would be using in an interior detail. When they detailed the interior the cleaners and/or deodorizers they use had a scent to them which I reacted to all the way home. For days after the detail I had to air my car out before I could drive. It should be mentioned that the dealership uses an outside company to do their details and waxes so maybe the lost communication was on that end. More
