This is a fantastic dealership. We had been looking for a quality used vehicle for 7 months before we met David Cunningham at Landmark. He actually went and looked to see if the car I called on was available, clean, on lot and available for a test drive. That is so RARE in today's marketplace. We made an appt and drove in. to see the vehicle. We were late, but the car was still ready. He answered all of our questions, showed the the features, and we had a good test drive. He even showed us the paralell parking feature. This man even answered his text messages and called to check to see if we still enjoyed the car after purchasing it. We love our car and it is exactly what we wanted. The finance process was the same way, it was up front with no bait and switches and very professional (Alan Rieck).. She drove almost an hour to meet us in the exact vehicle we wanted and spent o the best dealership i've ever done business with. Nichole was amazing! To be totally honest, we were going to buy a Mazda or Volvo, as we were looking for a hybrid. It wasn't until we met Nichole that we fell in love with the Lincoln. As Nichole always says "it's easy to love a Lincoln"; She is absolutely right! We love are car and absolutely LOVE the way Nichole and the team treated me and my family throughout the process.
