This place is disorganized and awful. When I was finalizing my purchase of the vehicle, they said I needed to send my proof of insurance, but they never told me who to email it to. It took multiple phone calls day after day to figure out where to send that to. Then, when I purchased the vehicle, they send they would send me the titles and tags. It sounded like it was just a matter of me waiting. Mind you, I paid the car in full. 3 weeks go by. Nothing. No one will answer my phone calls at the finance or title department. After finally going off on someone, they told me I need to send proof of inspection. They never told me this before, nor did they tell me who to send it to. I finally sent the proof today, even though I had it for weeks, and now they're telling me it's going to take another month before I receive my title and tags, but the temporary tags they gave me expire next week. This place is such a mess, and all the receptionists told me that it's best to visit the finance department in-person since they can't ignore you when you're standing there. xxx kind of customer service is that? Pathetic bait and switch advertising! Website banner showing 0% 72-month financing on ALL 2020 and select 2021 models. Went to buy a 2020 Fit LX and was told it does not qualify for 0% only 1.9%. Rude and unprofessional customer service/Finance I bought a brand new car there on 3/1/2020. They told me they did not have stickers for my plates, so they gave me paper plates; even though I had tol I bought a brand new car there on 3/1/2020. They told me they did not have stickers for my plates, so they gave me paper plates; even though I had told them I could use my old car's plates. They kept on pushing selling me the new ones. At the end of the sale, they told me they were going to contact me (phone-email) to get the plates or have them mailed to me. I told them I wanted them mailed. Well it is May 26 and no one contacted me to inform me about my plates so I called them and to my surprise, they said they called me about 5 times and I never answered. They also said I have to contact DMV to solve the problem LH created. On March 31 I sent them an email requesting my plates. No answer. Now when I call them and identify myself, they hung up or put me on hold. I left the GM a message, but he does not have the courtesy nor the time to solve my problem. More
