From the beginning, I have worked with Todd Dixon and have been impressed by his professionalism and attentiveness to details. Considering all the cars/people he comes in contact with on a daily basis, Todd has demonstrated excellent custumer service during each of my contacts with him. The service received by Landmark Honda as a whole has been a positive one (from the 'in-take' process to check-out) and I would definately recommend this dealership to others. More
Took car in for warranty work. Called 20 minutes before drop-off on a Tuesday afternoon. "Can you take a last minute driver's side sun visor replacement?" "Sure, we can take care of that." Done in less drop-off on a Tuesday afternoon. "Can you take a last minute driver's side sun visor replacement?" "Sure, we can take care of that." Done in less than an hour, no muss, no fuss. Very friendly. Replaced both driver's side and passenger's side, since they noticed similar problem with passenger side sun visor. More
Sean Kearney has been great! Last year I drove across country and went to Landmark for routine maintenance for a 2006 Honda Accord. In May 09, I took a large rock to the windshield, which caused a major crack. Sean provided me a connection to reputable replacement company who provided immediate service at a low price and excellent workmanship...at my apartment! Yesterday, I had a little extra time, and he fit me into a tight schedule for a quick oil change in under 1 hour! Thanks again. More
This was a preventive maintenance service visit. My vehicle is an older Honda, and Chris always looks for possible preventive maintenance before there is a potential problem. There is a team approach at Landmark Honda that you will not find at some other service departments. Landmark Honda's approach is not to "upsell" unecessary services, but rather to provide real service value to their customers. In the service waiting area, you can see this approach as service managers discuss service options with customers and not force repairs that customers are not comfortable with. I will return to Landmark Honda for future service needs. More
I deal with both Sean & Dave on a regular basis and they are both great. I never have a problem getting my car in or out when they promise it. He knew all the features and was very confident that this would be my dream car. And Rui, he made it happen. He worked hard to find a price that worked for me and that didn't go over my budget. Now thanks to them I have a 2009 Accord and I love it. The parts department was great in installing the extra options i bought (different spoiler, bike rack). I've owned many cars in my 66 years, and had them serviced at many different dealers. That's given me lots of bad experiences with auto service/repair shops: wrong diagnoses; performing unnecessary serviced at many different dealers. That's given me lots of bad experiences with auto service/repair shops: wrong diagnoses; performing unnecessary service; having to bring the car back to get the work correctly done; excessive charges. Rare are the exceptional service shops where they are expert at diagnosis of problems, do it right the first time, do it with a smile, and charge reasonable rates. Boy was I glad I tried Landmark Honda to service my Honda Odyssey--they are one of those exceptional, outstanding service/repair shops. I first went to them because other dealers/service shops had been unable to solve a recurring problem of moldy odors in the AC/air system. On that first visit, I met Larry Schifflet, Service manager for Landmark Honda, and discussed with him the history of our problems. Larry was terrific: he dug right in with his service team to correctly diagnose the source of the problem, and solve it! And he did that while keeping me closely posted on their investigation and the solutions he was proposing. I was treated like an old lost friend; the entire team was courteous and professional. That was a year and a half ago, and I've been having my Odyssey serviced by Larry Schifflet and his team ever since then. I'm taking the time to submit this rating because my experience is that Larry Schifflet is an exceptional professional who runs a top notch service shop. Larry himself is obviously an expert diagnostician, and is dedicated to continually achieving excellence in customer service and satisfaction. I have never had to take the car back to have work redone; never had a bad or even disappointing service experience; always been treated like an old friend. They even have a superb shuttle service to/from metro; if you're running late and miss the shuttle, they reimburse you for taxi fare from the closest metro station to the dealership--how about that for service! It's been a real pleasure doing business there. THANK YOU LANDMARK HONDA! More
