I would like to thank Sean Kearney for his professional attitude and polite mannors. He took care of my 19 year old daughters car and treated her like a professional. Mr. Cruz has been taking care of my Legend for 10 years. Just recently my air conditioning stopped blowing , within 3hrs my vehicle was repaired and I was cool again. My initial thoughts of going to Landmark Honda was...notso high due to a previous incident in the service department, where the receptionist made me, A PREGNANT YOUNG LADY walk to a distant ATM, a was...notso high due to a previous incident in the service department, where the receptionist made me, A PREGNANT YOUNG LADY walk to a distant ATM, approx. half a mile away to get cash to pay for my service, because she wouldnt let me use my boyfriends card, who called in and said I was going to use his card for payment. I have many harsh words for her. Anyway... But as far as my sales experience at Landmark Honda, it was awesome!!! They were friendly and extremely attentive even though I was being extremely difficult due hunger pains. I just came back from the worse dealership in the world, POHANKA HONDA, marlow heights, MD. Never go, so ghetto, unprofessional, and just overall terrible. Anyway, once I got to Landmark I was immediately approached my Mekdim. I told him exactly what i wanted and expected. Needless to say, the process went extremely smooth after negotiations. They were so nice, it was like they were family. Although they couldnt find my initial color of car I wanted and soooooo desired, they found it in black which was fine and turned out to be better than what I wanted. I left that day extremely happy and confident with my purchase. They made my very FIRST car purchase, (that Daddy did not pay for, i'm actually paying)one to remember. I even met the General Manager, which was great! he was very personable. Thanks guys!! Thanks Mekdim and Sanjay!!! 5 across the board. They show extreme professionalism and great customer service. I stopped by to look at a vehicle they had in stock. We made an offer on the vehicle based on the USAA buyer service program and although they were not directly participating in that program they accepted made an offer on the vehicle based on the USAA buyer service program and although they were not directly participating in that program they accepted the offer. The staff was helpful in exploring options for extended service plans, accessories, etc. The dealer agreed to keep the vehicle until I could return from an overseas trip which was helpful. I enjoyed working with Iqbal Araian who was friendly, helpful and very responsive to my inquiries. All-in-all, this was a very easy and pleasant purchase. More

I recently bought a 2003 Jeep Cherokee from Landmark Honda. I had a wonderful experience with these guys, especially Mikhail. He's the type of charismatic, honest, hardworking salesman that everyone hop Honda. I had a wonderful experience with these guys, especially Mikhail. On the test drive he was extremely helpful and facilitating, and his overall salesmenship was superb. The rest of the staff were also cordial and friendly, which made the entire experience quite nice and easy. I would not only recommend this dealership to anyone, but I would whole-heartedly recommend Mikhail Veshchev as a salesperson to anyone that I know. Good luck with everything, Mikhail! More
Mr. Sanita always handles my 2002 Civic when I bring it in for repairs or service, and even though it is an older car he still makes me feel as though I am as important as someone with a brand new Honda. in for repairs or service, and even though it is an older car he still makes me feel as though I am as important as someone with a brand new Honda. Mr. Sanita advises me well ahead of time so I can prepare for my car's maintenance such as replacement of the timing belt. He is always friendly, calls me with updates when he says he will and is generous with making sure I have a rental car if need be. Most recently, Mr. Sanita personally test drove my car when the air conditioner repeatedly blew the fuse so I would not have to encounter the issue myself if the fuse blew again. I trust Mr. Sanita and appreciate his sincere effort to be sure I am a satisfied Landmark Honda customer. More

Rashad was the first finance manager that almost left us speechless while reviewing the ammenities and the contractual terms and conditions. Our family is incredibly happy with Odyssey-what a complete driving experience. We are looking forward to building a solid relationship with Landmark Honda for years to come! We had a problem with the airbag system (SRS). I was very pleased with my visit to the Landmark Honda. I'm usually very hesitant about taking my car to a dealership to get it serviced because I feel that either 1. its going to take a ridiculously long I'm usually very hesitant about taking my car to a dealership to get it serviced because I feel that either 1. its going to take a ridiculously long time or 2. I'm going to be taken advantage of... At the landmark honda I felt that in comparison to the people waiting to be serviced ahead of me, my wait time was reasonable. I wasn't there all day. I am very grateful to have worked with Milton Cruz. He was very concerned about not only what's best for me and my car but he was also very geniuine in his opinion of what I should do. He made me feel comfortable with the decisions I had to make for my car. Overall my experience was much better than I expected it to be. More
