Thank you for expressing your concern. I believe you can obtain all the relevant information from Thomas. I must admit that I am also a bit concerned about the way the feedback responses have been handled. At this point, I do not have any expectations; however, I noticed that positive feedback appeared to receive responses within 1–2 hours, whereas my feedback took several weeks to receive a response on google. I am not sure whether this was intentional or simply part of the process. As I mentioned in my previous response after the feedback, I remain open to revising my feedback. However, before doing so, I want to understand the calculations and rationale that were used in determining the pricing offered to me. Based on my understanding of the situation, it felt more like I was being misled or mocked under the guise of receiving assistance from the sales representative.
