I had a great experience at Landmark Honda as always. 1st class treatment every time! Everybody knows me and makes me feel like I am visiting a friends or relative home, but I think of them as friends an 1st class treatment every time! Everybody knows me and makes me feel like I am visiting a friends or relative home, but I think of them as friends and family and my car home. David Mendez, my service advisor is always welcoming and prepared when I come for my appointment. He provided me with clear communication and understanding for my repairs and cost, and made sure I was comfortable while waiting and before I left the lot. I had such a great experience here! I originally came in for an oil change and inspection, and everything went so smoothly. While working on my car, they found an A/C seal leak and repa I originally came in for an oil change and inspection, and everything went so smoothly. While working on my car, they found an A/C seal leak and repaired it under warranty, then discovered my air conditioner’s condenser was leaking. They replaced that too—also under warranty—which saved me a ton of stress and money. A big shout-out to Ricardo, my service advisor, who went above and beyond. My schedule was tight that day and overlapped with another important appointment, but he coordinated with the shuttle driver so I wouldn’t miss it. The driver was incredibly nice too, making the ride stress-free. The waiting area was also a nice surprise—cleaner and more comfortable than the last time I visited. Ricardo made sure to clearly explain every service they performed on my car and even walked me through what I’ll need for my next visits. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this taken care of—thorough, honest, and genuinely considerate. I’m definitely coming back! More
