Everyone we dealt with was efficient and professional. They didn't play the typical car sales games with us, which we greatly appreciated. Everything Prisque told us was honest and accurate. She even helped us pick the color, which was no small thing as we all liked a different color. When we showed up accidently on Prisque's day off, Mukesh Kumar cheerfully and perfectly handled the paperwork and took great care to show us how everything on the car worked. Abraham got the car ready quickly and it was in perfect condition for us. This is a very well run dealership. Every employee makes the customer aware that they care about doing their part well. They clearly wanted us to leave happy - and we are very happy. I just wish we'd gone to them first. We would have saved a lot of time and trouble. My wife and I visited Landmark Honda "just to look" at some used cars, but ended up buying a 2002 Civic. Our salesman, Ron Hancock, was very professional and attentive through the entire process. I have been visiting Landmark Honda for 23 years, and they still haven't done anything less than perfect. Not only has purchasing from them been a pleasure, but the parts and service department have bee they still haven't done anything less than perfect. Professional, honest, personable, respectful and respectable are a few of the words I would choose to describe the staff. I have had several vehicles inspected, repaired, serviced, and maintained in their facility. I have never had to wait longer than I was told it would take, I have never had to take a vehicle back because something wasn't done right the first time, and I have never left the dealer less than satisfied. I have recommended many people to the dealership, and, they all went home in something they didn't drive to the dealership! It's great to get a warm and fuzzy feeling from a place you tend to spend a lot of money in...I've known a lot of people over the years from Landmark, and they have always had a great deal of team spirit and a sense of pride. You would be doing yourself a favor if you were to visit this group of people for service or for sales...they will take care of you, and you will feel like you have been taken care of. I called Milton Cruz at Landmark Honda yesterday to set up an appointment for an oil change. I asked if there was availability that day and he told me to bring my car in at my requested time. I got there at 4 and informed him that I was running on a tight schedule but needed an oil change and carwash. My car was in and out of the garage in less than 30 minutes. And in and out of the carwash in less than 15 minutes. I am a loyal customer and have alway worked with Milton's team. They are always friendly and courteous.
