My suggestion: Remember to write things down verbatim ( like I did ) what they tell you on the phone then compare it to what you are told again at the dealership and let the fun begin. Funny how you can work out a deal the day before, drive 35 minutes there for an " appointment " only to find out the salesman forgot to mention the car you are trying to buy is now called a Demo and the employee who takes it home, buys groceries and takes the Cat to the vet in it.... does not work today OOPS !! Thanks for the worthless credit pulls and ... approval ........... I would rather buy from craigslist in a high crime neighborhood than shop here again. Well off to other sites to review again ! Most of positive reviews I have seen here are new cars.......My best guess is they can't stiff you on price on a new one as the Ford website will show correct prices unlike used ones. More
