This was my first experience buying a new car and with a dealer. I assumed I would be taken advantage of financially, but having my mind set on a Fiat 500, felt I did not have a choice. Before I made my decision I also visited the Fiat dealer by Mall of Georgia where I dealt with an unprofessional (looks and demeanor) male, who did not give the me "the time of day" despite no other customers. I am glad I returned to Landmark because ultimately the service I received was stellar. Sean made up for an honest error to make me happy and took a loss on me, yet he did it with a smile. Derek, the finance guy, makes signing papers not so painful. All the staff is so friendly that it is fun to stop by for any reason--especially for a free espresso! : ) More

I recently visited FIAT of Atlanta and had the BEST experience with purchasing my 2011 Grand Jeep Chereoke! Patrick, the General Manager, pulled up the exact car I wanted, ordered it and had it ready for me to test drive on Wednesday. I have an extremely busy schedule and the FIAT team accomodated my time perfectly! I didnt spend 12 hours getting this car, they had everything ready to go including the outstanding price and financing of the car! All I had to do was sign on the dotted lines...what a great experience! I highly recommend anyone who is shopping for a car and want a friendly, welcoming, accomodating and exceptioonality to visit Landmark FIAT Atlanta!!! More

I had a horrible experience with another dealer and was searching the internet for something within my price range. I happened upon Landmark Fiat and saw the car I wanted. I sent in an internet offer, and after a few exhanges with Alan to clairfy fees and such, he accepted my price and I made arrangements to come test drive the car that night. I showed up but had left my license in my pocket the day before from my horrible experience with the other dealer. Alan drove the car for me so I could see how it rode. I worked with their finance department representative (Derek Langley) and explained that I was hesitant to have them try to beat my preapproved offer since the prior dealership couldn't even match it. He asssured me that he has had people show up with their checks from my same preapproved lender and are typically able to beat the rate, plus I would be able to finance my GAP insurance. Lo and behold, he beat the rate!! I got my payments exactly where I wanted them to be and it was with the same lender I had my preapproved offer with! He went over the extended warranty options, which I declined, and I didn't have this feeling of pressure I had felt at the other dealer to accept them. This whole experience was much more of a conversation instead of a pressured sale pitch. The staff at Landmark Fiat appear to be younger, hipper, and more friendly than sales staff at other dealers, so they don't have this hard sales mentality that comes along with trying to slip additional fees and costs in the price of your vehicle. They gave me a great deal on the car I wanted, it was completely low stress and the whole transaction from start to finish was just a few hours. The next vehicle I purchase will likely come from here and I would recommend them to anybody I knew who was looking for a vehicle! More

I had been searching for a new car for 3 months ; trying to find the perfect price, adequate customer service, and comfortable payments for my next purchase. ive had 2 cars in the past that were co-owned with my dad; making this next purchase one on my own. i walked into Fiat nervous, afraid, anxious, and excited to get into a new car; all the things you would expect from a 24 year old young adult purchasing a brand new car all on their own. i made an appoinment with Susan to come in for a test drive; immediately through our phone conversations, i knew i was in good hands. before i even stepped one foot into the dealership, Susan made me feel secure, confident, and ready. Susan treated me as if i was a member of her own family purchasing a vehicle for the first time ; versus the traditional pushy, snobby car salesman that ive been used to in the past. i explained my financial situation with Susan and told her my budget and SHE LISTENED! Susan went above and beyond to find me the PERFECT Fiat that i had been searching for for months! once we found the perfect car, she discussed with her manager, (Brian i believe his name is) my financial standing and what i needed in order to leave with my dream car. moments after negotiating, the ENTIRE TEAM was able to get me into my FIRST CAR, 2012 FIAT ALL ON MY OWN! i could cry! my heart dropped! i have never felt such pride and excitement thus far in my life! and it didnt stop there! i was nervous to discuss all the final details with Derek in the financial office only because numbers make me nervous! however, DEREK WAS AH-MAY-ZING! i had totally forgot we were discussing serious business! thats how comfortable and at ease he made me feel with my decision making. i could go on and on forever about this fantastic group of people that make up the team at Landmark Fiat of Atlanta. they are dedicated to their clientele and they LISTEN to your individual needs. they gave me the extra boost and confidence that i needed to know that i really can accomplish anything i set my mind to! how AWESOME is that coming from a car dealership?! thank you Landmark Fiat of Atlanta ! and a very special thanks to Susan & Derek. He made sure things were done professionally and did not rush through any portion of my visit. Once I purchased the vehicle, any questions I had that he could not answer immediately were researched and the answers found. Alan also programmed the Blue and Me feature of the car and synched it with my phone, which was great. I would highly recommend Landmark Fiat and Alan for a purchase. More

I told her I didn't want to put any money down, wanted a low car note, extended warranty, and she said, " We will make it happen!". Susan worked very hard to make sure things could happen. It did happen and I got a car from their pre-owned lot and I love it! It's a Nissan Sentra 2010 with only 33,000miles , 100,000 extended warranty and the tinted windows I asked for! I went to some other dealerships and I did not get this type of treatment. I am very blessed to have found "Land Mark Fiat of Atlanta". I would recommend anyone to check this dealership out and give Susan a call! She and the finance manager Derrick will work together as a team to get the payment and the car that will put a smile on your face because of the great deal you will get with them!
