Our initial experience with this dealership was very good. Susan met us out front, we test drove acar - it had a few more items on it than we wanted, and she told us they could find us pretty much anyt good. They found a car for us in South Carolina (this was a Saturday), and told us we would have the car on Wednesday. On Tuesday, she called and told us it wouldn't be in until Friday - that it was taking them a bit longer because of bad weather. On Thursday, she called and told us the other dealership had sold the car - and they were looking for another one. On that Friday, she indicated she had located one in Miami. We didn't hear back from them again, and my wife finally called and asked about the car. Susan told us it would be in on Friday- in the meantime, I had a friend who offered to get me the employee discount on the car, since he works for Fiat - we told Susan, and she said this wouldn't be a problem. Long story short, we got to the dealership that Friday, the car was there, as promised (two weeks after our initial visit) - they told us they had reduced the price of the car to show good faith for making us wait - and that they couldn't give us the employee discount - I checked, the price was EXACTLY the same as the day we walked into the dealership, before any of this happened. Susan had to prepare the finance papers, since the Finance Manager was 'out'. I noticed the navigation unit was missing - she found that- I found out later that the USB cable for the unit, as well as the instructions for the unit are nowhere to be found. My wife emailed Susan, and I'm fairly confident we will never hear from her again. We will be taking our car to another dealership for service. These guys just do not instill confidence in the way they are unorganized. Susan didn't seem to know much about the Fiats in general - she was nice as can be, but when I'm buying a car, I would prefer informed over nice. We will not be going back - cannot recommend them to someone who was a casual shopper for a Fiat. More
This was the best car buying experience I have had. The salesperson Thomas who worked with me was great! The vehicle that I decided I really liked they let me test drive it overnight!!! I was sold. I also got a great value on my trade. Shawn and Derrick the GM and Finance Manager both were great to work with helping me figure out what combination of "numbers" within my budget payment and timeframe was going to work. No one was pushy at all. If you are in the market for a FIAT buy from here if not still check out their selection of used vehicles as I did. I gave a Great rating because from the time I drove up until the time I drove off in my new car the team was very accommodating and made me feel like I wasn't just a sale but a customer whose business had to be earned. This was a classic car experience that is what gives car dealers any negative stereotype. Very disorganized. They had explanations on costing that was not only not accurate was basically used as a smoke scr dealers any negative stereotype. Very disorganized. At one point came back with numbers on a messy hand written piece of paper. Really the worst car experience I have ever had. The deal was eventually done and frankly not a good experience at all. Service Advisor, Lance Simpson, provided assistance and support that was "above and beyond." I appreciated his consultative, customer-centric approach. When I purchased my vehicle I almost purchased a C support that was "above and beyond." I appreciated his consultative, customer-centric approach. When I purchased my vehicle I almost purchased a CPO Lexus--I was concerned with Fiat Service. However, I loved the car and decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did and will highly recommend Service to friends. More
I feel extremely confident having my vehicle serviced at Landmark. Lance has fantastic people skills and explains things well. On the other hand, I have walked the sales lot, while waiting for my service to be completed, and have not even received a sincere hello. I have found the dealership in general not very welcoming. Great experience working with ALAN. We have been working together via email and phones for about 6 mths, deciding which Fiat to go with. Just took delivery (seamless) this morning of the LOUNGE 500, I ha together via email and phones for about 6 mths, deciding which Fiat to go with. Just took delivery (seamless) this morning of the LOUNGE 500, I have bought many cars via internet, but this is one of the easiest transactions. Alan took care of everything I asked for and on very short notice. I would highly recommend Landmark and Alan for a new car purchase. Ray More
