Two weeks ago I bought my truck and I had it 3 days and on the 4th day I was suppose to bring my truck back in for they could replace a part for the set. That evening I find out it’s the whole set that has to be replace and won’t be in till next Tuesday. So ok not too bad that’s 5 days in this loaner. Tuesday gets here not ready so Wednesday I drive out there. Not ready and they don’t have the part. And can’t tell me a time frame when they will have my truck ready. I wonder if I would of fiancé one they would of moved faster cause they would made more money on it. But I paid for my truck in full. Never again. She of know better than go there. 2 weeks is to much. More
ZERO stars...because 1 is too many! Without a doubt this was the absolute worst dealership interaction I have ever experienced. Completely unprofessional behavior by multiple Landmark Jeep employees and ver was the absolute worst dealership interaction I have ever experienced. Completely unprofessional behavior by multiple Landmark Jeep employees and very deceitful sales tactics. An experience I will be sure to continue to pass along to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Sales not trustworthy, service terrible. Going to shop 3rd time before first oil change. PS. They give free oil changes for a good review! My story: I am going through a nasty divorce & had to trade 3rd time before first oil change. PS. They give free oil changes for a good review! My story: I am going through a nasty divorce & had to trade in two vehicles because my ex-husband forced me to take"his" truck instead of getting it in his name. I was overwhelmed with the trade in process & was in a hard spot. I was impressed with the customer service & my salesman, David. I needed a used car that I could roll negative equity into so I was taken to see a 2017 VW Jetta. Seemed nice. Of course, they encourage you to drive their car off the lot & they'll keep your vehicles while they work on financing. I told them I had to wait to sign until I could cash out $2,000 from my 401k for the down payment. While I had the car (before I signed) I notified them 1)the drivers heated seat didn't work. 2) a replace key battery error message had appeared on my dash 3) the bright lights were turning off & on on their own and flashing sporadically. The sales man seemed new so the used sales manager was involved in my several meetings & conversations. They said and I quote "no big deal, just call service & we'll get it taken care of for you. " During initial visit & prior to signing papers, I expressed I really wanted the windows tinted. Again, "not a problem at all". They gave me a key battery. I signed papers end of November and was surprised AT THE TABLE to find out 1) tint would not be included & tint couldn't be financed 2) I had to bring $3,000 down instead of $2,000. My salesman literally told me before signing they had it worked out for me to put down $2,000 as agreed from the beginning & the amount that took out of my 401k. I SHOULD HAVE WALKED but felt trapped. I couldn't afford the two vehicles upcoming payment & they had already had my vehicles for weeks by this time. I literally cried at the table & left upset. Looking back, funny you sign an IOU at the table for funds to close but I asked during my signing about the issues with the car & once again was reassured, you'll make an appointment with service & they'll take care of it for you. AFTER SIGNING, call service for appointment for 1)broken heated seat 2) flashing bright lights 3) key completely quit working (by this point it had had 2 new key batteries). Speak with the rudest man possible who told me they didn't work on Volkswagons & that my issues weren't covered unless I purchased an extended warranty. I immediately contacted some higher ups to ensure I finally got some customer service. This time, Chad (GM?) was great!I brought my car up, they sent it to VW. My only compliant (this time) my car was gone for at least 3 weeks. I was told the guy working with me quit so my car had been ready for pick up for a week but no one had called. But at least they were nice 🤷 they fixed heated seat and "fixed" key (wrong they put a third new key battery in) Shortly there after, key quit working again. This is my first push button start car & let me tell you, this a REAL BIG PAIN IN THE REAR! Send back to dealership to send to VW. Wait a few weeks. Needed a new key. I drove off the lot with a faulty key that made me lose my car for 4+ weeks in the shop after two visits and this time they made me pay $100 of my $200 deductible for the warranty. This time Chad agreed to split the deductible. This didn't make me happy & service knew it. I was told "We sell cars & things go wrong with them". Here I am now in MAY and... The bright lights are still coming off and on and flickering on their own. HOW DID THIS PASS INSPECTION? Do you know how embarrassing & rude this is? I have to send my car back again for a THIRD time to fix another issue from when I drove the car off the lot. I'm sure this time they will make me pay $200 to get my car back. I HAVEN'T EVEN MADE IT TO THE FIRST OIL CHANGE. I dread dealing with service so much that I tried dealing with VW directly but if I don't go through dealership, I pay for it. It has been and continues to be a nightmare! Regrets More

I bought a Chrysler 300 from Melinda, who made the car buying experience awesome. She was very nice, patient, and worked to find the car I wanted in my budget. It definitely wasn't the normal dealer attit buying experience awesome. She was very nice, patient, and worked to find the car I wanted in my budget. It definitely wasn't the normal dealer attitude you get from most dealerships. She actually listened to me and even to the time to send a card thanking me for buying a car from there, which you may think big deal. However in the letter she also congratulated me on the newest member of our family. It made me feel good that she listened to me and remembered our conversation during the short test drive and took the time to tell me a few days afterwards. Thank you Melinda and the rest of the staff at Landmark for working with me. I love the new car and owe it all to you! More
In terms of the salesmen, I can’t speak to the sales department. BUT from what I have personally seen, the service department is unprofessional and lazy. Take your car the extra few miles to a different department. BUT from what I have personally seen, the service department is unprofessional and lazy. Take your car the extra few miles to a different Jeep dealership. Today I came in with an appointment at 7 am. They didn’t speak to me, greet me, or anything until 7:15. Once I was greeted I was informed that the person assigned to my appointment wasn’t even there (she was late?). So I leave, go to the gym, come back. They tell me they cant replicate my issue and are sending me on my way. I wanted to talk with the manger who comes off as your standard Bill (older white male with a southern accent that doesn’t give a xxxx). He told me to “drop my attitude” and take my car elsewhere to get another opinion instead of listening to my problems. IM FED UP WITH THIS PLACE. See more details below. I purchased my BRAND NEW Jeep Compass back in Aug 2018 with a FULL 60k Mile Warranty. Pretty much since the day I purchased it, I’ve had issues with CarPlay system. No one can hear me and I have to drive around on speaker phone. Additionally, my car gets locked on the reverse camera or the reverse camera doesn’t even come on at all. I’ve brought it in TWO times and have been turned away saying they can’t “replicate it”. I’ve called friends in front of them and showed them my issue, have shown videos of the camera stuck in reverse and still nothing. They continue to blame my band new iPhone. I STILL cannot use CarPlay on my brand new car. Don’t go here if you have issues. They’re rude, entitled, and unprofessional. More
I suppose WAREHOUSE PRICING means pay way more than you need So I took my son to this dealer for his first new car buying experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the RAM truck my son was interested So I took my son to this dealer for his first new car buying experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the RAM truck my son was interested in. After he jumped it off, he took it to their service department where he explained all the functions; very informative. We then test-drove a similar truck since the salesman "didn't want to get stuck somewhere" in THAT truck. After the test drive, my son was interested enough to start talking price. The truck was listed on the website at a discounted price of roughly $25K (2019 with an original MSRP of $40K). Of course my son only qualified for around $3000 of discounts because NO ONE would ever qualify for all of them! Throughout approximately 90 minutes of the salesman trying to "make a deal", we asked for the price they were willing to sell the truck and the amount they would offer for my son's trade-in. 30 minutes after that, we TOLD THEM what we would pay for the truck and would take for the trade. At that point, the salesman said he would take that to the finance guy but we would have to give them $100 cash or check in EARNEST MONEY. WHAT??????? I have purchased at least 25 new vehicles in my lifetime, and never have i spent 3 1/2 hours with a dealer only to be asked for earnest money? Needless to say, we did not buy a vehicle from this dealer, but my son did have a very learning experience which bode well for him at the next dealer where he purchased the same truck. If you don't mind paying ORIGINAL MSRP for a vehicle that's been sitting on a lot for over a year, OR, you don't care what you're actually paying for a vehicle, AND you dont mind giving a salesman a $100 bill to walk 10 feet to the finance guy and make a deal, LANDMARK is for you! Otherwise, save yourself 3 1/2 hours and go somewhere else! More
