Highly disgusted with being manipulated into purchasing a service contract during the financing process. 1) Finance guy David added it without discuss Highly disgusted with being manipulated into purchasing a service contract during the financing process. 1) Finance guy David added it without discussing it with me and originally expected me to sign thinking I wouldn't notice it. 2) He lied stating the bank would raise my interest rate higher if I did not get it. (I followed up with PNC and that had nothing to do with them. Actually made my interest rate higher because the guy put in I was borrowing more to include the service contract. 3) When I called back to confront him he stated the bank charges the dealership to do the loan which was another lie. They actually get incentive the more I borrow. So I was conned into paying $2200 extra for an incentive plan. I will not be letting this go it is unethical and predatory lending. More

Excellent Attentive Service My husband and I stopped by to look at cars with our two young children. We were immediately greeted and made to feel welcome despite crying babies. � My husband and I stopped by to look at cars with our two young children.
