Anthony was super helpful and an asset to your team. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Also kudos to the Sales Mgr whose name we cannot remember- when it became clear that closing the deal was going Very friendly and easy to deal with. Also kudos to the Sales Mgr whose name we cannot remember- when it became clear that closing the deal was going to take longer than we wanted to stay, he offered for Anithony to come to our house the next day to finish the paperwork. Great idea! Overall a positive experience (except for the wait time to do the financial paperwork- if we had stayed, we would have been there at least 2 more hours- felt way too painful for us the customer). Anthony gets an A+! More
