First off they advertised a car at a real low price, they advertised it as having options that it did not have. I drove from Birmingham to Huntsville to get the car. Once I realized that it did not have power steering( a new car in 2010) they started moving me from car to car. I should have left then. But I had driven all the way from B-ham and I needed a car. They kept telling me that they felt bad about the MISTAKE and that they would give me a good deal if I bought from them. Well a New Sentra was mentioned, the sales manager Eddie asked did I like one of the ones sitting right in the front door.I took it for granted that they were 2011s, after all they are right in the front door. They remove the sticker, I believe , so that you will do just that assume that they are the current model year.. I did not realize it was a 2010 until we was in the finance office. By then I was too worn out to argue. The finance manager told me that I qualified for .9 percent,which is a special advertised rate, financing through Nissan acceptance corporation and according to their web site my payment should be 14.27 per 1000 so my payment should be around 272.00.He quoted me a payment of 282.00 that payment is based on 1.9 % I did not have a calculator to check his figures so how much you want to bet my payments are 282.00. Dealers often, dishonest ones,hold back one or two percentage points of YOUR interest rate to further pad their profits. To me this is lying and stealing. THIS IS JUST THE MONEY PART of the DEAL PART THAT IS MESSED UP, On top of all this my NEW vehicle was damaged.Driving back to B-ham I noticed that I had a slighrt vibration in the front end. I figured that one of my tires was out of balance. Turns out that the rim was bent and the tire had a bubble in it. SOMEHOW the vehicle had a impact hard enough do that kind of damage but no one knew about it. I took the car back to them and asked them to let me buy another car of course they refused. BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT TO, JUST REMEMBER I TOLD YOU SO!!! More
Do not tempt to go there for cheaper prices on other company vehicles. They lure you with very attractive prices on used cars like Hondas and Toyotas. When you go there to see the vehicle, they will say company vehicles. They lure you with very attractive prices on used cars like Hondas and Toyotas. Went to look at Nissan Sentas and ended up buying there even though the dealership is more than fifty miles from where we live. Phillip was very concerned that we chose the right vehicle and options. They also had many more vehicles fitted with different options and colors than other area dealerships making it easier to get just what we wanted instead of having to take what was available. Phil made sure we had a good long and varied test drive, and made sure we understood all the controls and features. He left nothing to chance. When he told us that "price is the easiest part" I thought we were in trouble - but he was right! The price was set out exactly as it should be, dealer profit shown without extra padding, 0% finanacing, and rebate all in order with our previous research. In fact, we would have considered the deal "fair" paying slightly more! So, overall, we are very pleased with this dealership experience! Other raters have given them 5.0 and we have to agree. This is the place to buy a new car without stress and worry while still getting a good price and wonderful attention to your needs! Highly recommended! More
