The one thing that impressed me the most is that they were not pushy. They came out, gave us their card, asked if we needed help with anything in particular and left us alone until we came to them with were not pushy. We arrived on the lot around 6 pm and Jessica greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. She showed us exactly what I asked for. She was more patient than I could have expected as we test drove 3 diffe and was very friendly and helpful. She showed us exactly what I asked for. She was more patient than I could have expected as we test drove 3 different cars, well past closing time. When we finally decided on the model we wanted, Jessica went searching in the dark for the color I wanted. Clay, Chris and Jessica did a great job of working out the financing for us, and I drove away after 10pm in my new Altima, very happy. They stayed with me through the whole shopping experience and made it very easy. Not many people are that friendly when they stay at work 2.5 hours after closing. Thanks guys, I love my car!! More

The salesperson was very helpful, knowledgable, understanding, and very polite. David worked with me for months in an attempt to locate the vehicle I was searching for. After we finally locked down all of the requirements, Joe found my car and had it delivered to the dealership fairly quickly. Do business with Landers McLarty Nissan in Huntsville at your own risk. I had them mount 4 new tires to my vehicle. In doing so they damaged all 4 wheels. They repaired the front wheels as the lips were scr your own risk. I had them mount 4 new tires to my vehicle. In doing so they damaged all 4 wheels. They repaired the front wheels as the lips were scratched during mounting. After washing the vehicle the first time after it was brought to their attention that every rear lug hole was damaged during dismount/mounting. Since I left and came back the Service Manager, Bill Masburn, would not repair the damage his shop did to my vehicle. Claimed I did it myself or another shop did it when in fact they were the only ones taking the wheels off the vehicle to do the work. Worst service department and even worse customer relations. This is not how you do business. Very dishonest. I had to bring the damages to their attention when picking up the vehicle. More
