Communication and Customer NOT TOP PRIORITY This dealership has gone downhill in recent months. They don't care about the customer, or call them back in a timely manner when they say they will. I was interested in a car they told me they would let me know when it would be ready for sale, it was even on their website for sale. Three days later i called to inquire about where the car might be. They told me it went to auction that morning, but they would get it back for me. I called the next day only to find out that they had not gotten the car back. It had been sold at the auction right out from underneath me. I called the next day to find out what kind of ridiculous business practice this is. The Sales Manager, who i seemed to have forgotten his name, started yelling at me that there was something wrong with the car and that sending it to auction was in the best interest of the dealership. Then why was it for sale online?!?!?! I used to buy a lot of my cars from this dealership. I will never step foot on their property ever again. I will inform all my friends and family that this dealership doesn't really care about the customer. I would stay as far away from this dealership as possible. More
Our First New Van a Great Experience.. My wife and I have been married for 33yrs and have always bought used vehicles.. When we arrived at the Dealership we were met by Ms Lisa Spratt (very nice of her) who introduced us to Mr Steve Winter...We didn't look to buy but Mr Winter an asset to the sales profession, no pressure, just listen to our needs and named us a price we could not turn down, and that says a lot.. We have a Handicap Child and with all Her needs and equipment this Nissan NV 3500 passenger Van is going to help us tremendously,, with a few different seat configurations and removing the ones not needed and a few adaptations to carry and load Her wheel Chair ,,this will be a purchase we will never forget .. If your in the Market for a Nissan NV we recommend Mr Steve.. The finance dept was also very professional,, Mr Brent Drake made everything so easy,, We've all heard about nightmares with Dealerships and Sales personal,, You will not find it here.. Persistence to Quality Service I recently received an email from the Nissan dealership indicating they were interested in my 2008 Titan, so I went in to see what they would do for m I recently received an email from the Nissan dealership indicating they were interested in my 2008 Titan, so I went in to see what they would do for me. William Jackson met me in the parking lot and immediately started working with and for me to ensure I received the quality experience and the vehicle I was looking for. Working with Clay Wiginton, William was relentless in getting the deal I wanted. I didn't necessarily get everything I wanted, but the final deal was well worth the concessions I made. Bait and switch Completed a lease expecting that Landers and the salesman (Mr. Ruth) would honor the terms of the lease, only later receive a bill from NISSAN CORPORA Completed a lease expecting that Landers and the salesman (Mr. Ruth) would honor the terms of the lease, only later receive a bill from NISSAN CORPORATION for $800.00+. Called the dealership was transferred fromt the sales department to the leasing manager, to whom I forwarded paperwork. Saying that he would look into it and get back to me - did not happen. Some weeks later contacted dealership again, was again transferred around from leasing back to the sales department. Talked with a sales person who said, next time I call speak to leasing. Dismissed his suggestion, called back to speak with a Manager, was connected to a Relationship-type person, who also made promises that 'he was all about the customer'. Agreed to get back to him on the following Monday. I called on Tuesday, told he was at the dentist, leaving a message I was assured he would call me back. Several days have passed, he has yet to call me back. Landers is dishonest in this situation, and I expect that only more aggressive action will resolve. Although I regret my latest purchase from them, I plan to never make that mistake again. More

I asked Sam to go in and check the inventory for the best car for the money in our price range. He did just that !! We ended up buying that car that day. Sam was the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with, he knew that car like it was his own. I feel lucky to have had him as our salesperson. More
