mostly a good experience. just so you know I was there at the dealership for 7 hours waiting for my car to be worked on. Sean was working the desk by himself during the time I was there and seemed to have everything under control and made sure to take care of each customer’s needs. Repeated calls to Service Manager, Robert Johnson have all gone to voice mail. I have left my contact information with each message left since I picked up my INCOMPLETELY SERVICED vehicle on July 3 from him! Robert Johnson promised to call me the following week and has NEVER RESPONDED to a single message I've for left 2 weeks now. Avoid this business at all costs! I paid for incomplete repairs and a complete disregard of customer service. There is no accountability at Landers Ford. More
