I bought a BRAND NEW King Ranch, The Vehicle is Wonderful! The Price is wonderful. My Salesman is Wonderful. The Trade in Values are thru the ROOF. Financing department manager is POOR, I have Wonderful! The Price is wonderful. My Salesman is Wonderful. The Trade in Values are thru the ROOF. Financing department manager is POOR, I have a 870 FICO yet he said he could only offer me a 6% LOAN?!!? Vehicle clean-up is POOR, Vehicle is not very clean, and there is chalk writing on the tires that I cannot get off, and assorted smudges al over interior and exterior. The salesman said they really don't do deluxe clean ups like the used to do. Maybe the chalk it will wear off. And maybe I can clean the rest?!? Nothing is like it used to be. More

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with most recent service. Made an online appointment two weeks before appointment date(May 28.) Needed 4 new tires and a tune up. Brought car by night before and dro service. Made an online appointment two weeks before appointment date(May 28.) Needed 4 new tires and a tune up. Brought car by night before and dropped off keys after service department closed. Sales person said he would make sure they got to service in AM. Day of appointment I called(4 times unsuccessfully to contact and make sure they had the car and knew what was expected.) No calls from service dept. After my work day I drove to the dealership to check and pay for the service. Truck was sitting in same spot from previous night(right in front of the service door) and nothing had been done with the car. I spoke with the service clerk who said that they knew I had not come for service and did not double check on my status. Furthermore, they never got the keys in the drop envelope and the truck had not been touched. Backstory is that the keys were taken to someone's desk in service but they never made it to the service desk. I had to leave the car there until next morning to be worked. I had to miss a day of work because I did not have alternative transportation. Biggest issue - ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION FROM SERV DEPT. No call no text nothing to check on status of appointment. Response was "we were extremely busy and couldn't get to that." A simple check on status of a missed appt can be time consuming, but is more than reasonable for the customer. I will not be bringing my truck back for service. I am now an unsatisfied and disgruntled customer. More
Quick oil change and professional staff, oil change is higher than other places, but Ford has major blunder on access to the oil filter. Scheduling an appointment online, which was suggested from the dealer, means your vehicle can’t be seen for 3-4 days and is suggested to be left. Tell me again what the point is in scheduling an appointm from the dealer, means your vehicle can’t be seen for 3-4 days and is suggested to be left. Tell me again what the point is in scheduling an appointment when that’s the case. Not everyone can just take off work and go without their vehicle. You can be added to the wait list for a rental, but that’s not even guaranteed. Good luck. More
Overall service was good but it seems every time I go there for anything, some employee gives unsolicited commentary about politics. Ford needs to keep it out of the work place for customers.
