I would like to make a follow up with my review of Landers Chrysler. While I gave a somewhat scathing review of the dealership, today I had the opportunity to speak with Chris Chase concerning my issue as stated in the review. Chris was very pleasant to speak with, and took a major interest in my concern that perhaps my identity had been stolen. Chris had made contact with Sirus radio to try and find where the mistake happened. Although there was no real resolve for determining how this mistake happened, I no longer felt in 'limbo', not knowing who might have my information and just how they might use it. I expressed to Chris that one of the greatest issues I had with them, was the promise from two individuals to return my call and then not follow through. It gave to me a feeling of hopelessness that no one took this situation serious, but could have very severe reprocussions for me if this information is out there. I feel good after talking with Chris, and it certainly gives me a much needed boost of encouragement toward the dealership. I do now believe, that if you are looking for a new vehicle, and Chrysler/Dodge is your vehicle of choice, I'm certain you'll have a good experience, and if not, talk with Chris, I believe he'll handle your concerns. Thanks Chris, it was nice talking with you.
