I can honestly say this has been the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. The entire Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep team was incredible. Went to buy a Dodge Journey that I saw on the buying experience we have ever had. The entire Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep team was incredible. Went to buy a Dodge Journey that I saw on their website but it had already sold. Charlye Osborn said she would find us another one just like it. Purchased it for a great price and they gave me the deal I wanted. When I picked it up and got it home I realized it had a different options package. I e-mailed Chris Chase the General Manager as he had introduced himself to us at the dealership and he replied immediately that I could rest assured they would get me the vehicle I wanted. Very shortly Gabe Gossett the New Car Sales Manager called me with news that they had found a vehicle with the options I wanted. Gabe told me that the vehicle could be delivered in two days. I went and swapped the vehicle out and am very pleased with the absolute ease with which this entire process was executed by everyone at Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Charlye was a very dedicated and friendly sales person. I was really impressed with the honest and friendly culture at this dealership. I am looking forward to owning this car with this dealership team behind me. More
My experience at Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep was EXCEPTIONAL. It started with me accompanying my sister to buy a new vehicle. Once she decided on purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealership, I had already decided that I was also purchasing from Steve Landers. I have been to many dealerships in the Little Rock area, and the staff at Steve Landers is top-notch, to say the least. Chris and Ethel did their best to find exactly what I was looking for and did it without hesitation or impatience. I am extremely satisfied with my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and plan on driving it for awhile to come. More

Arrived at Dealership to look at used Jeeps, was looking at a nice black one '2008' model when approached by salesman Crawford, took it for a test drive and when returned I asked about price. Was told price was about $23,600! $1000 more than at least 7 other '2011' models simply because it had leather seats. Should have walked away then but I didn’t. I asked if he had any others I could look at priced a little lower than that and he said he had a one that was in the body shop getting a door ding repaired. He showed me pictures of it and I recognized it as being one I had looked at a week before that had front bumper damage. I asked him about it and he said yes it was the same one and verified they were fixing the bumper damage. The salesman from the week before told me there was no way they would fix it at their expense so I wasn’t interested in it. I told the new salesman I would buy the car with the bumper repaired and we started negotiating. 3 hrs later I had a bill of sale and temporary license in my hand and the agreement that I could pick the car up on Monday. Monday morning I get a call from Salesman Crawford and was advised they did not have the car. They sold me a car they did not have anymore! He said they had sold it a few days before and it wasn’t out of their system yet. My current car was in need of repair so I had it put in my trusted mechanics garage counting on having my new car to go places in. All the dealership said was we will tear up your check and related documents. I asked what about the car I have bought and paid for? They said if we run across anything comparable we will call you. What a crock! I believe anyplace that cant keep up with what cars are in their inventories surely cant keep up with any other services you might need. Steer clear of these folks; you can’t trust anything they say. P.S. THEY PROMISED TO FIND ME A CAR AND MAKE THIS GOOD, THAT COULD CHANGE THIS WHOLE REVIEW, ANYONE WANT TO HOLD THEIR BREATH? To be continued….. More
A couple weeks ago, received a bill from Sirus Satellite to extend a 3 month trial period on an account in my name. Because I recently purchased a new vehicle in Nashville, TN. with a year complimentary su to extend a 3 month trial period on an account in my name. Because I recently purchased a new vehicle in Nashville, TN. with a year complimentary subscription, we made a call to Sirus to find out what was going on. We found out that the subscription was taken out on a vehicle that was NOT my new vehicle. Never previously, have I had Sirus Satellite acct. Through cooperation with the dealership that I had purchased my new vehicle, it was finally concluded that the new Sirus subscription was taken out on a vehicle that I traded in when I purchased the new vehicle. Through chronological order, we found that the vehicle I traded in had gone through a wholesaler, then on to Landers Toyota lot and then transferred to their Chrysler lot. I'm very curious how anyone got my information. When I spoke to them, they continually insisted they had no way of knowing or finding out who had previously owned the vehicle. Yet, in another breath they would tell me that the information could be found by looking up the registration. It was then we found out that 20 days before the vehicle left their lot on December 28th, on December 8th someone contacted Sirus and opened the account using my name, address, phone number and email address. Thus, it was in the possession and under ownership of the dealership that this happened. Naturally, I was greatly concerned that someone was using my identity to open this account, and further concern about what other information was out there that damage could be done to my credit. To date, no damage to my credit has been done that I'm aware of, though I realize there is still potential damage in the future. The one thing I'm grateful for, in this instance, is that Sirus does not require SS# or credit information to open an account, leading me to hope that the identity theif doesn't have that info. However, I called and talked to a sales manager there, named Gabe, over a week ago to see what they could find out. This was on Friday and he promised to call be back on the following Monday. Well, that was one week ago today and I've heard nothing. They seemed to have no real concerns about it, but I'm not sure how seriously they are about this being a crime of identity theft. Because of their appearance of indifference, makes me the more determined to file charges against the dealership. I'm not sure how it would work out, but someone needs to take some responsibility. For the above mentioned experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They impress upon me that they have no real people skills. Also, as I look at the reviews and the rating of this dealership, I recognize there are others that have had dealings with them who suggest you do not use them either. If there is a way, and someone would wish to contact me personally to discuss this issue, I'd be glad to discuss it. I will check back to this site to see if requests are made. Thanks More
Damged my vehicle during a routine service. They would not take responsibility. The dealership is not clean. The service technicians look unprofessional. Overall - not a good experience.
