My issue didn’t get resolved I visited dealership on July 7,2026 scheduled appointment for july14,2026 at 8:30am . I left my vehicle there all day Tuesday with no new information and next the day there still 7,2026 scheduled appointment for july14,2026 at 8:30am . Supervisor told me appointment only for you to get in door start process not to get your vehicle look at .so my vehicle sitting over 24 hours with diagnosis and he said all his rentals gone they have only 80 rentals cars and they all gone he said.supervisor name is Dennis he was rude and unprofessional didn’t he try resolve the issue but argue with me and they couldn’t tell me when they will get chance look at vehicle it was just sitting collecting dust. My very first experience with the service department was absolutely wonderful. The process was very easy. I was greated by Jarrod Johnson. He asked me how he could help me. I told him I was there for my fir absolutely wonderful. The process was very easy. I was greated by Jarrod Johnson. He asked me how he could help me. I told him I was there for my first oil change. He asked for the key to my vehicle. Went to go look at it. Came back, looked up my information, verified everything was correct and told me how long to expect to wait. By it being on a Friday he told me that I should expect to wait 2hrs. Asked me if I would be waiting for the vehicle. I told him I would be and he told that I could go to the waiting Area and the young ladies directly inside had snacks and drinks were in the area of the show room floor. While waiting for the vehicle i received notifications about my tires and that they were in good condition and didn't need to be rotated at this time. A few minutes later I received another notification, but this time it was a video of the young man inspecting my vehicle from back to front. Ive never seen anything like that. I thought it was so cool and I genuinely appreciated them doing that. A few minutes later I received another notification that the vehicle was ready. An hour and 10 minutes I was gone. Much quicker than I was told. I really appreciate you guys. First impression was great. Way to go guys...oh and the young ladies came around and offered me more snacks. Kudos to the ladies. More

I have been a salesman with Chrysler for over 30 years and never in my entire life. Have I ever seen such service and such awesome treatment at any dealership then from Landers they are hands-down the best that I’ve ever seen in my entire life if you buy a vehicle from anybody but Landers you’re a fool not only was the price awesome but after the sale was just top-notch hundred percent all around when I sat down in the lounge, they came to me three or four times to offer me beverages and things to eat and snacks to make sure my day was comfortable and I was only there for an hour and a half the best ever thank you, Landred. Drove 5. 5 hours to purchase a car that I was told had no exterior damage. I get there it has a large door ding, scratches and a broken taillight. I ask the manager to discount the price to cover a taillight and repairs and they say no. I ask if that is how they do business, by not being honest with out of state customers. They tell me they don't have to sell me the car. Left feeling pretty negative about the interaction. Would not recommend for internet purchases. More
