Ethel got me exactly what I needed, within the parameters of what I could do, beyond all my expectations, and I drove a new car home that last leg. My parents recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo as a college present for me and I couldn't love it more! The man we worked with, Winston Marshall, was very helpful and even though the first Laredo as a college present for me and I couldn't love it more! The man we worked with, Winston Marshall, was very helpful and even though the first Jeep we found fell through, he worked SUPER hard and found us another as soon as possible, keeping us updated on his progress throughout the way. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly, and as I'm new to car buying, I was pleasantly shocked to find that we even received a tin of cookies in the mail! I would definitely recommend shopping at the Steve Landers in Little Rock, the employees work hard to find you what you want and are extremely friendly throughout the process. More
