Winston was the nicest salesman I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. He was very knowledgeable in the areas that I was interested in about options and features that was offered in the dodge t privilege of dealing with. He was very knowledgeable in the areas that I was interested in about options and features that was offered in the dodge that I wanted. He spent a lot of time trying to get me the best interest rate and deal that he could. I will highly recommend him to my friends or anyone that is interested in purchasing a new car or truck. He kept me posted on everything he was doing and called even after I left the dealership. I really felt comfortable talking to him and he listened to me when I had something to say. Great asset to the dealship! More

I visited Steve Lander's CDJ along with many other dealerships in search of a new 2012 Ram during January 2013. Lander's did not have in stock the model and options I was looking for; however, they a dealerships in search of a new 2012 Ram during January 2013. Lander's did not have in stock the model and options I was looking for; however, they appraised my trade during this visit in the event a truck could be located. I received a call the following day from Winston Marshall and Mike Nolan that they located a truck equipped similar to my description and made an offer to trade. While considering their offer I contacted other dealerships in Conway, North Little Rock, Benton, Springdale, Fayetteville, Heber Springs, and Memphis with none being able to meet Lander's deal. During this time Winston continued to stay in contact with me without attempts to sway me or push a product/options I didn't want. Their initial find did not materialize and Winston continued his search to find what he believed I was looking for instead of what he wanted to sell. He eventually located a truck that met my needs in another state and a tentative deal was made. They promised I would not be held to the deal if it didn't meet my expectations after seeing it in person. I have made previous purchases at Steve Lander's dealership and my service work is performed by them as well. It is my plan to have service work on my new Ram at this dealership because of my experience with their other dealership. As always, I am pleased with my purchase and with everyone I worked with from sales, management, finance, service, and detail. More
I was buying a Chrysler 200 from Steve Landers in Little Rock I was approve for these car. After having the car for two months the sell person call me to inform me that I had to put the car in someone ease Rock I was approve for these car. After having the car for two months the sell person call me to inform me that I had to put the car in someone ease name because of my income was low. They new how much I make so why let me leave with the car and have it for two months. Then tell me I did not make that much money because I was off do to surgery. After put the car in my sister name we had to return the car three time for somethin that was wrong with the car. The first time I put the car in the shop was for the back part was coming off do to the clamp was broken. Then I had to go back because of the drive side was come a lose at the top on the inside. As of today I had to take my 200 back in again these time it for the heat not work in the car. I was told that parts had to be order for the car and it may take up to two days to get fix. These car was purchas on 03/02/2012 brand new with on 25 miles. Me and my sister will never buy a car again from these company. As for the 200 these car has gave me to mine problems. A new car should not be like that at all. If you think about get a Chrysler 200 think long and hard about that car. More

I spoke with the salesman and his assistant Charlye regarding a car I wanted to purchase. I sent the information they asked for and hadn't heard back from anyone regarding the purchase. I found out lat regarding a car I wanted to purchase. I sent the information they asked for and hadn't heard back from anyone regarding the purchase. I found out later the Jeep I wanted was sold but I was not notified. I explained that I lived in Oklahoma but was willing to drive to Arkansas for the purchase. Even if the deal fell through communication is key. POOR customer service. No thanks. More

I visited this dealership at the end of last month to have my car serviced. Knowing nothing about cars, I simply told them the problem. They came back with a price, which I accepted as a necessary means have my car serviced. Knowing nothing about cars, I simply told them the problem. They came back with a price, which I accepted as a necessary means to fixing my car. My mistake was in trusting that the price given would be for a service actually needed; their mistake was in the representation that the service was necessary, at all. I attempted to contact the dealership through their online comment system, to which I received no reply. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas, and I received a VERY courteous reply from a person with whom I wish I had been able to speak from the beginning. The reply detailed the events of the morning at the dealership much as I relayed them--really no material difference between my story and theirs. However, what the reply failed to address was the material issue--WHY the repair was warranted/necessary in the first place. I approved a repair which was represented to me to be necessary to fix the issue with my car. I later discovered that the repair was unnecessary. The BBB administratively closed the case after a finding of a "reasonable" (if minimal) attempt to resolve the dispute on the behalf of the company. I would encourage people who feel that they've been mistreated by this (or any) business to make their (truthful) stories known in various online sources to notify other consumers, and contact consumer protection groups. At the very least, filing a complaint will help establish/reveal a pattern of unfair or misleading practices. I can't publish links here, but a quick search of AR consumer protection groups should yield a handful, including state commissions. This was an unfortunate event for me and, in the days and weeks to come, I will take steps to prevent it from happening to anyone else. UPDATE: I submitted this review, which is held in limbo for two weeks to give the company a chance to respond. They (evidently) had, and when I clicked the email link to read it, I got redirected. I sent a message approximately a week ago simply stating that I had searched for, but could not locate, their reply. They did not respond. More
