Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Bought a car that needed lots of expensive repairs that they knew about, but didnt want to fix. There were two repairs that reck knew about and nixed the repair. I am sure the transmission fix was just ove they knew about, but didnt want to fix. There were two repairs that reck knew about and nixed the repair. I am sure the transmission fix was just overlooked..yeah right! Then they spend 80 dollars on a battery for the key fob, but they can't replace a bulb in the rear brake light. Saw it on the vehicles inspection report after I bought it as is. I tried to get them to work with me, but they don't care. They just said I signed as is. Oh they think they didn't do anything wrong and tell me it's a gamble if you buy a used car. If I were a business owner, I would've fixed the problem, even if it meant taking the car back and giving the customer their money back. I bought a car for 8 and the repairs will cost over 6. It is sitting in my garage while I pay it off. Arkansas needs a better lemon law. I would have to buy a lawyer etc and even then might not get anything out of it. Please don't buy any used cars from Landers out on Col. Glenn. They sell used cars that they know need repairs but refuse to do. They just want to pass the cost on to their customers while they make a huge profit. They are rude, callous and uncaring once you sign that line. Don't do business with them period. They don't deserve it! They just moved and do so many commercials that they are passing a lot of costs on to the customers. More

I had the best experience while dealing with this group of people, it all started when I found the car I had to have on the enternet. From the moment I puled on the lot I got a warm feeling and had drove off three lots prior to coming onto Landers lot. Took me on a test drive and made sure my deal got done . My only problem was with Reck Mcconnell he never spoke even when he was introduced and came back with what I think was very unfair for my car. I almost walked out but Winston saved the sale but Reck could have cared less. Mike Martindale made me feel like he went above and beyond for me and stayed late because I had to leave but when I returned he had everything ready for me with no rushing or anything. More

My husband and I was only looking on the back lot with no salesman; Winston Marshall came alone and it was as if we have known him for a lifetime. My sister and I purchased our new cars in 2012 for the old location on University and had such a wonderful experiennce so when it was time for my husband to get a new truck I knew we would go to Steve Landers but we did not know we would have the pleasure of meeting Mr. Winston Marshall who stayed with us from the beginning of the sale until the end.
