We came to Little Rock from south Arkansas looking to trade for a 2013 GMC Sierra. After several stops at other dealerships we were very frustrated with our findings. We then started looking at pre-owned GMC's which lead us to Steve Landers CDJ...after about 10 mins looking at pre-owned we were ready to leave..Winston Marshall came up to us and began a polite conversation, asked if we had driven a new Dodge, told him we weren't interested but would look..long story short..we bought a Dodge that day! More truck than we had expected! Winston is one of the most pleasant, laid back salesmen we have ever dealt with, he should give training classes!! Making the deal was more of a long drawn out process than we had hoped for, but in the end we were satisfied!! More

Our experience was great. We meet Winston in the used car section looking at a Jeep Wrangler. While Winston and my husband talked I walked around and spotted a Durango I was curious of price. After looking it over I just walked on looking. After a little bit Winston said he could put me in 2013 new one for same if not less price than used. I decided to check one out so we went to new section. We took a test drive and Winston told us all about the car. We came back and started talking the details. By the end with rebates and trade in we were able to work a deal. I was happy being that I had my Jeep Liberty for 12 years. We had a little longer than wanted wait to get car detailed due to limited personel but the paper work and all other stuff went very smoothly. I never felt pressure and enjoyed my experience. More

Our jeep was in a few weeks ago and I was very disappointed with the service as things that should have been were not due to communication break downs in several areas.
