This is our 2nd SL-CJD vehicle purchase with Winston Marshall since 01-2012. When we'd selected the SRX, Winston took us to meet the new service mgr, Brent Jones, where they answered many questions we had about the car & the work they were going to perform for us before we took delivery. When the A/C warranty repair was done at the local area Cadillac dealer, a miscommunication about the pickup date just before Labor Day weekend caused a short delivery date delay for us, but it all worked out just fine since we had the chance to learn more about the SRX from the Cadi service folks. Winston made sure we were generously comp'ed for the extra days we spent waiting to get our car. When we picked up the SRX, we purposely visited w/Mr Steve Landers to let him know how much we appreciated Winston's great work on our behalf.
