He drove to another location to get the color I wanted, delivered that day. He made suggestions as to what was available in different caravans, which was helpful that I hadn't thought of. Mean while, the very next day, we found our son a Toyota on their eBay motors site; called, was able to get the same sales woman. Drove up their the day after we bought our daughters jeep and bought our son the 2014 Toyota off their used lot. Steve landers Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep on Colonel Glenn Road had 4.8 out 5 ratings and great reviews so we drove 40 miles one way. We were not disappointed at all. We drove away with a new 1500 Ram truck and extremely satisfied. Our salesman,the finance department, the service department and especially Chris Chase the general manager showed that good customer service still exists. We have had many compliments on our new Ram Truck and refer anyone looking for a new truck to Steve Landers Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Dealership where honesty and integrity still exists. The entire sales staff was very attentive, offering drinks while we waited for the paperwork to be accomplished.
