Amazingly easy--no pressure! My last experience buying a car a few years ago was terrible. I remember walking out of the dealership with my husband and literally saying, "What jus My last experience buying a car a few years ago was terrible. I feel like we didn't get a good trade-in deal on my car, and we ended up paying for an expensive warranty that hadn't even been in our plans. The pressure tactics at that dealership were unreal. I sent my husband and daughter to Steve Landers so she could test-drive a car she'd seen online. I wanted no part of the experience after the previous one--telling them that if she really liked it, I might then set foot in a dealership. I was in a late afternoon meeting at the time, and she surprised me later by picking me up in the car--Winston had let her take it home to show me. It was a beautiful car, but again, I didn't want to have to deal with any salespeople. The earlier experience had been that bad. The next day, my husband spoke to Winston a few times on the phone and worked out a deal. I went with him after work to sign the paperwork. We walked in and were greeted by several friendly people--the dealership has great energy! Quickly seated with Winston, he pulled out the paperwork, we signed and that was it. It took minutes. He was pleasant and easy-going--a joy to do a deal with. (Almost every table had smiling customers working with salespeople--the place was full.) Winston went out to get the car ready, and we met with Mark Lee, a financial manager. I thought that surely this is where we would get pressured. He briefly went over warranties, we told him we were happy with the one that came with the car, and that was it. We signed and were done. Again, within minutes. He was very nice also. Buying a car from Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep and from Winston Marshall, in particular, was a wonderful experience, and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this place to everyone. We plan to return again when we're ready to trade in our next vehicle. More

Bought 2014 Jeep G.C. and traded 2009 Jeep G.C. I have been driving a Jeep for the last 12 years. I decided to pay a visit to Steve Landers, as they are one of the larger dealers in our region. The first sales person that asked to help me, was Ethel Cook - looks like this purchase was meant to be, I said to myself! Ethel Cook and Winston Marshall made sure that I had first class service from the moment I stepped on the lot. I have been back three times to get a few things added with the service department and every time I drive in, someone is right there to help! I do not live in Arkansas, but I sure will be coming back here to buy my NEXT JEEP - whenever that time comes. I can only be so lucky to be able to deal with Ethel and Winston again, in the near future. Make sure you ask for these two by name, next time you stop in. More

New A/C installed in 2008 RAM "Original RAM A/C's" SUCK!!!... But you need them replaced in AR's 100 degree heat...
