Great Experience Ariel and Justin were very interested in my needs. I visited the dealership just before Christmas at the beginning of my research process. They understood I wanted to look at a Ford Explorer as well. When I returned on December 26th they met my requirements and we did the deal. Easy process. I forgot to get some phone cables out of my trade in and returned the next day and Ariel was very helpful in getting my cables for me. More

We arrived approximately at 6pm that afternoon, and Mr. Winston and his manager, and Mr.Mike, stayed after hours with us until we came to an agreement. We did not come across any bad attitude, or rude customer service due to the fact that it was late. We came back the next morning and was amazed at how everyone was so friendly. Mr Ivan helped finalize our AWESOME deal with our DURANGO, and everyone was happy! Definitely would recommend to family and friends. More

Mid-June 2014 with the expectations of buying a Jeep Wrangler when the new generation came out with a diesel engi I came to Lander's Jeep (S.L.C.D.J.) Mid-June 2014 with the expectations of buying a Jeep Wrangler when the new generation came out with a diesel engine in a few years, so I test drove a current gen Wrangler to get a feel for what I wanted to get into. Afterwards Courtney & Ethel sat me down to see what I was looking for exactly, an Unlimited Rubicon w/ a manual Transmission which was no easy task to find in my opinion, but I was mistaken. They found the exact Jeep that I wanted, it was going to be delivered within the week, and they gave me a bottom dollar offer for the car that I couldn't refuse. With Ethel's History of selling Jeeps, Courtney's help handling my trade-in & helpful contact while trying to decide, and Mark's advice in financing, I was able to sign the papers for my dream car. I received my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon on July 4th and it could not have been a more appropriate way to celebrate; I owe this to Ethel Cook, Courtney Fletcher, and Mark Lee above all!! I will definitely be recommending Landers Jeep in Little Rock to anyone looking for a new car, and you can bet I will be sending them Ethel & Courtney's way! More

Amazingly easy--no pressure! My last experience buying a car a few years ago was terrible. I remember walking out of the dealership with my husband and literally saying, "What jus My last experience buying a car a few years ago was terrible. I remember walking out of the dealership with my husband and literally saying, "What just happened?" I feel like we didn't get a good trade-in deal on my car, and we ended up paying for an expensive warranty that hadn't even been in our plans. The pressure tactics at that dealership were unreal. I sent my husband and daughter to Steve Landers so she could test-drive a car she'd seen online. I wanted no part of the experience after the previous one--telling them that if she really liked it, I might then set foot in a dealership. I was in a late afternoon meeting at the time, and she surprised me later by picking me up in the car--Winston had let her take it home to show me. It was a beautiful car, but again, I didn't want to have to deal with any salespeople. The earlier experience had been that bad. The next day, my husband spoke to Winston a few times on the phone and worked out a deal. I went with him after work to sign the paperwork. We walked in and were greeted by several friendly people--the dealership has great energy! Quickly seated with Winston, he pulled out the paperwork, we signed and that was it. It took minutes. He was pleasant and easy-going--a joy to do a deal with. (Almost every table had smiling customers working with salespeople--the place was full.) Winston went out to get the car ready, and we met with Mark Lee, a financial manager. I thought that surely this is where we would get pressured. He briefly went over warranties, we told him we were happy with the one that came with the car, and that was it. We signed and were done. Again, within minutes. He was very nice also. Buying a car from Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep and from Winston Marshall, in particular, was a wonderful experience, and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this place to everyone. We plan to return again when we're ready to trade in our next vehicle. More
