This is one very, very happy customer! I have bought my last two cars from Ethel Cook and always said I would never buy from anyone else. She goes above and beyond with her customer service. Well, she was off yesterday when I went to buy a car. She had Winston help me. At first I was hesitant because I had been working with Ethel for over 17 years. But I decided to at least listen to what he had to say. Another wonderful car buying experience! Winston took so much time finding out about me, my lifestyle, my work, what I wanted in a car, how much I wanted to spend. It showed that he really cares about his customer and making sure they get in that perfect car for them. I was instantly at ease with him. We looked at a couple of cars, and I fell in love with the third one we looked at. It was perfect. Winston would have shown me cars all day, if I wouldn't have found the right car. He was very patient and accomodating. The financing part was painless. How often can you say that? Mark Lee explained everything very thoroughly, and I was out of there in no time. And I do want to comment on the service department. Richard and crew have serviced my old Jeep for years and have gone out of their way to give me options on things that needed to be done. I trust them completely with servicing my Jeep and will come back and have this team service my Kia. I really wasn't prepared to go vehicle shopping; I wasn't in the market for anything too fancy but I've never had a used car and really wanted something new within my budget that would be spacious enough for my family. The car market has really changed since 2006 and prices are a lot heftier on SUVs but then I met Winston Marshall at Steve Landers CDJ in Little Rock, AR. I was pleased with Mr. Winston's service. He provided me with several options and even referred me to another dealer if I wasn't completely happy with his selections. Mr. Winston (also my father's name, which was a big plus), sold me on the idea of a spacious 7-seater Dodge Caravan at a great price. I have to admit the idea of a minivan had to grow on me but it didn't take long. Plus the 2015 model is very stylish and fits me and my family perfectly. I am really happy with the package, the monthly price point, and the care, professionalism, and salesmanship displayed by Mr. Winston as well as by Mark Lee, Finance Manager and everyone else I encountered at Steve Landers CDJ.
