Last year we wanted a 2015 Dodge Challenger but they were not in the dealerships yet. Winston sold us a 2014 SXT Plus and made us a promise to come back in one year and he would make us a deal that we couldn't refuse. We LOVED the SXT Plus that he sold us!! We drove it and were very satisfied. Every time we saw a 2015 though we just couldn't wait for our year to pass. Last week we went to Steve Landers CDG and found Winston. He immediately recognized us and asked "so you back for that 2015?" We emphatically said "YES!" we hopped on the golf cart and set out on the lot. Once we saw the 2015 Shaker R/T we fell in love. We test drove a couple of models that were on the lot but there was something missing. The color we were looking for...The Sublime Green. Winston searched and searched and located one that had just come in on the truck and had noT even been through final inspection. We test drove it and knew instantly that it was the one, however it did not have all the features that we were looking for. It was late in the day and we told Winston that we would call him in the morning. Before we could get home Winston had located the exact model we were looking for at another Dodge dealership in another state. Even though the dealership had closed, he stayed to locate exactly what we wanted. The next day Winston worked tirelessly to put together the "deal we couldn't refuse" and by the end of the day we were telling him to get the paperwork ready and the car because we would be there the next day to get it. He went above and beyond what any other salesman has EVER done with any vehicle we have ever purchased. A friendly face! Have you ever been to a dealership to just browse? Well let me tell you about my families experience. We stopped by the Landers Toyota on Colonel Glen Have you ever been to a dealership to just browse? Well let me tell you about my families experience. We stopped by the Landers Toyota on Colonel Glenn to look at the Toyota Highlanders when we pulled on the lot the "hungry alligators" started swarming! We felt like bait without a chance. A gentleman named Drew assisted us with our request of any color but silver and dark interior. He took us to the back of the lot to find nothing but all silver Highlanders. He gave is his word he would locate what we wanted and call us. He never called. TWO DAYS later..... We visit Landers on top of the hill behind the Rave Theatre on a Friday after sunset just in case the hungry alligators were lurking about. We fell in love with the white JEEP LIMITED even though the price was steep for our family!!! A gentleman comes to greet us and gives us his card and invites us back Monday morning. Can't recall his name but he had a messed up leg and later to find out three kids and the middle daughter who runs the house. Come Tuesday we return and are taken care of by the same gentleman and a man named Winston. They listened to every word we said, kept us in the loop about ever angle and thing they tried to do for us. They didn't have the specific Jeep in our price range and located one approximately 200 miles away and offered to go get it. The Jeep arrived on Thursday and we received a call to come look at it and make sure it's what we wanted before signing ANYTHING!!! We LOVED it. We agreed and started the paperwork process that literally took 10 minutes. And with a small child that was incredible. The staff work together hand and foot. There wasn't any competition for sales going on in front of customers, it was clam, organized and pleasant!! These people truly know what their doing and as a customer that's all we ask for someone to know their business and do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I work at Kroger and our motto is "Make it Right!" And boy did this team at this particular location do just that!!! P. S. "They filled the tank completely full before leaving!!!" Nissan doesn't do that! :) More
