We found the style and color my wife liked. But our trade in value was not what I had hoped it would be. Expressed concerns were not heard As a first time service customer to Steve Landers Jeep, I was hopeful that they could fix my Grand Cherokee that would not start. I called and had to wait a week for an appointment, but since it wouldn't start, I had to schedule a tow truck to take it down. So I sat without a car for 5 days. finally, I got a call that they were going to look at it. The first thing they told me was that they "think" they know what the problem "might" be, and then proceeded to tell me all the other things that needed to be fixed or replaced, spending very little time talking to me about the one problem I was most concerned about. At the end of the following day, I got a call back that the car was fixed and all they had to do was reset the computer system. I expressed my concern that I wanted to make sure that the problem was not going to happen again. Less than 24 hours after I pick up the car, the exact same problem happened and stranded me with my 3 year old son outside on the hottest day of the year. I am not usually one to write a bad review, but when a customer expresses concerns, make sure the problem is solved. More
