The worst customer service/dealer management I have ever exp After sale service was a total nightmare ! The vehicle I purchased was delivered to my home as promised. The driver had no idea I was to give him a check..he never asked for it, but I outlined the situation and gave him the check for delivery. I was never offered a total operational review by the salesperson and I needed to ask for one and scheduled that when I needed to come back to the dealership since the floor mats were not in the vehicle when delivered. Overall, a ONE STAR rating is too generous. If you visit this dealership...beware! You never know what you will encounter. More

What a blast. I showed up to Landers pissed off at a dealership from one of the smaller surrounding towns. The name of that particular dealership will not be mentio I showed up to Landers pissed off at a dealership from one of the smaller surrounding towns. The name of that particular dealership will not be mentioned, but a man by the name of Winston met me at the 370z I was looking at on the lot at Landers. He rolled up on was of those golf carts and with a smile asked if I needed help. I let him know I was upset prior to coming there and wasn't sure about dealing with anymore salesmen. Im a sarcastic fellow and Winston definitely knew how to get a laugh out of me. He was a genuine guy and wouldnt leave our side until we were absolutely happy. Winston's care and loyalty for the customer is beyond reproach and he exceeded the standard of my expectations. It has been a few weeks and he still calls to check up on me and to make sure Im enjoying the jeep renegade I purchased. He is not just a salesman, he is a virtuous person that reminds you of the times customers were actually taken care of. His associates should emulate him and his superiors should promote him.
