Brought me to Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep where a first class customer treatment was experienced. There is a very large coffee bar and a beautiful show room floor. And in the lot are rows and rows of beautiful SUV's, Cars, Jeeps and Trucks of every size and color. This guy here talks a good game and truely loves the Lord. He exhibits professionalism and charisma. Honesty and guidence were key components in his arsenal. This guy pays close attention to details and added constructive feedback. Sales: Winston Marshall My wife and I stopped by originally just to look and possibly buy. We were greeted promptly (I still don't like the golf carts but the sales people My wife and I stopped by originally just to look and possibly buy. We were greeted promptly (I still don't like the golf carts but the sales people need to catch you in the lot) and paired up with Winston. Winston was really friendly and more than obliged us with several vehicles to test drive. His sales pitch was pretty low key and gave us lots of room for personal discussion. Overall, I'd say he was a pleasure to start the deal with would easily suggest tracking him down if you were to visit. Pros: easy to talk to you, knew when to pull in sales manager, when to give space, didn't get the "you gonna buy or not vibe" and was overall enjoyable to talk to. Cons: well he's a salesman and obviously wants to make a sale -- this is more of an occupation complaint than towards Winston. Suggestions for dealership: Swag! I am always a sucker for branded keychain or something like that. More
