Horrible Experience from beginning to present The car buying experience has been horrible for me. I purchased a Dodge Durango that I was told was a great vehicle only one owner no history of issue The car buying experience has been horrible for me. I purchased a Dodge Durango that I was told was a great vehicle only one owner no history of issue and it passed the Steve Landers inspection as well. It first started after a couple weeks after the purchase I had to take it back in for an oil change and tire rotation and the fluids were low which for me was confirmation no inspection was done. I then voiced my concerns but of course nothing was done. A couple weeks later there was a recall which they fixed by no means did i think that was a issue on Steve Landers. After I got the vehicle back from that a couple weeks later my check engine light came on and I took it in and was told that the body valve needed to be replaced which took a week and I picked the vehicle up after that no kidding about two weeks went by I had to take it back in and was told that there was a large gas leak they had to find and fix which took a week to do. This vehicle has been in shop a total of 5 times since my purchase in Oct 2015. As of today 7/13/2016, I am without a vehicle because it is now at Steve Landers Chryster Dodge and Jeep again and I was told this time it needed the transmission rebuilt. I am fed up with everyone there and I am too the point I feel I need to seek legal action. This is not the vehicle I feel that was sold to me and I bought in confidence that it would take me for years to come. I want out of this vehicle and placed in a dependable vehicle for my family. I work hard to make payments and dont want to pay on a vehicle I know is not worth it. I have filed a complaint with Arkansas Attorney General in hopes they can help resolve because I feel that the people I have talked to at Steve Landers are not willing to help. More

Overall good experience We really liked our salesman...Winston Marshall. The new van we purchased had to have the rotors replaced right off the bat because they were rusted We really liked our salesman...Winston Marshall. Had to bring it in twice after that because it was pulling to the right and they cocked the steering wheel on the first try. Each time I brought it in, there was a long wait for service, but everyone was very nice. More
