Electronic trottle control Etc light was flashing, I needed oil change anyways, called got an appt. Was given a slightly dirty charger, grass and stuff in floor, paper under sea Etc light was flashing, I needed oil change anyways, called got an appt. Was given a slightly dirty charger, grass and stuff in floor, paper under seat. Watever no biggie. I made sure to return it the way I got it. I got my jeep back, read over paper work when I got home. Popped the hood-the acorns that were sitting on my motor were still there. -said they replaced the throttle body-but didn't mess with the acorns???? Started the jeep, ding-change oil on my dash comes on. I looked over paper work, said it was reset. That made me think the oil wasn't changed. Nevermind, I reset the oil life ding. I understand that it gets busy, but seems like the techs blew through my inspection. I know all 4 tires need replaced bc in the rain I have no traction. There was no mention of that on the multi inspection. Also my windshield wipers need replaced, no mention of that either. -there was plenty of opportunity for you guys to sell me on more and I feel like it was a "friday evening job". My issue was resolved with my throttle. More

2019 Ram 1500 Limited Overall great experience. Actually wasn’t really looking to buy a truck, had already been to 8 other dealerships before stopping at Landers. Everywher Overall great experience. Actually wasn’t really looking to buy a truck, had already been to 8 other dealerships before stopping at Landers. Everywhere else, felt pressured, when I was just trying to spend a day looking and researching. My salesman Shun Ferrell, didn’t pressure me at all. Asked if he could help, I said no I’m just looking and that I was just killing time. He respectfully said ok enjoy your day and let me look the truck over. After getting time to look at the truck with zero pressure, I decided to ask Shun to get the key. He let me take it for a test drive, was cool thru out the whole process. The dealership was fair to deal with and I drove away with a new truck. I am completely happy with my new purchase of the 2019 Ram 1500 Limited. I would recommend Landers and Shun Ferrell any day of the week. Shun was by far the coolest salesman I have ever dealt with. More

Awesome dealership!!! Tim was absouletely amazing to work with!! I was upside down on my previous car and went in only to look at cars for the future. After explaining my situation to Tim, he and the finance consultant was able to not only get me into a new Jeep that was well within my budget, but also worked hard to find rebates that essenitally ate the 6k that I was upside down by. A few days later, Robert the finance manager contacted me to come back by to sign additional paperwork that was overlooked at the time of the deal which I was happy to do. Upon arrival, Robert filled my gas tank up for the inconvenience even though I lived less than 10 miles away! I would recommend this dealership to everyone in search of a new vehicle. Thanks guys!!
