The vehicle was detailed to perfection in and out when we arrived, and every detail was worked out well in advance. The Dealership itself is amazing; and having spent a career in FoMoCo dealer service, I am no stranger to the culture. My wife and I road-tripped 900 miles from Minnesota to take delivery of our gorgeous and wonderful Green Go and Black Pearl Challenger GT AWD. They also have a lovely Pitch Black and Ruby Red example, just waiting for a new home. I wish I could have bought them both, but someone else is going to get lucky with that one. These cars are fantastic; they are absolutely world-class in every way. We took our time driving back home along the scenic route, as to break the drivetrain in properly, and to fully savor the experience. It truly was the ride of a lifetime. I had been shopping for about a year and found this car late last fall. We decided over the winter that it was high time for a change, and Steve Landers Dodge came through. Few things need work This was my first experience with this dealership on the service side, calling to make an appointment went good and smooth, upon arrival to deliver my This was my first experience with this dealership on the service side, calling to make an appointment went good and smooth, upon arrival to deliver my Challenger for service the process to get acknowledged was rough , NO one greeted me as I pulled in the service drive, there was several people standing around socializing /chatting . I had to ask where to go to check in for my appointment, after walking in service department area 5 or 6 advisors where in here all but 1 was on the phone helping customers, I stood and waited my turn but the 1 advisor NOT on the phone NEVER spoke a word to me she was to busy fixing her lipstick and checking her cell phone messages. This was not very professional to me and needs to be addressed in my opinion. Other than those few hiccups this visit was good and I would return for service. More
