Goo deal, great car! I inquired about the vehicle online, when I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was waiting right outside ready for a test drive. The salesman had the initial deal ready when I got back, with just a little tweaking the deal was signed. The financial people got the deal and in less than an hour I was signing paperwork!! The whole experience from arrival at seven pm to driving away in my new car took 90 minutes!! Now that’s something to celebrate!! More

Recall on our 2017 Chrysler I called and made a service appointment for this recall. This was easy to do (we made the appointment for 2 days later) and were told we would be seei I called and made a service appointment for this recall. This was easy to do (we made the appointment for 2 days later) and were told we would be seeing Craig Noteboom. We got to the dealership about 25 minutes early and went right in. Another service person called Craig and told him he had a customer waiting. He was there in just a very short time. He was very friendly and visited with us while getting us checked in. We went to the lounge to wait after being told it shouldn't take very long for this problem to be fixed. And he was right...it seemed like we were there just a little over an hour total. We've been very happy with this car and also very happy with this dealership. All the people we've come in contact with at the dealership have been wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone. More
