Waited 1 hour to be sent home I called to make an appointment to have a recall repair done. I was on time for my appointment and waited in the waiting room for an hour only for the I called to make an appointment to have a recall repair done. I was on time for my appointment and waited in the waiting room for an hour only for them to tell me they didn’t have the part and send me home. They then said it was my responsibility to call back to figure out when they had the part. Why wouldn’t they tell me when I made the appointment that they did not have the part needed for my recall repair? Very frustrating. This happened to my husband about 6 months prior as well for a different recall repair. You More
