Bad service I do like Jeep as a car brand but I don’t recommend this place for service. They will never check any problem or noise in the car until the car completely stopped! Rattle. I had a good experience form a customer service perspective from Melinda. My jeep had a rattle that required 7-8 weeks total to be fixed and multiple service appointments. Unfortunately, there was a service bulletin addressing the problem that led to the fix and Ultimately, the rattle was fixed. Perhaps the service bulletin search should have been done on the front end? I am happy that it's fixed and appreciate the help Melinda gave me to ensure that it was resolved. Jason French More
