My jeep had a rattle that required 7-8 weeks total to be fixed and multiple service appointments. Unfortunately, there was a service bulletin addressing the problem that led to the fix and Ultimately, the rattle was fixed. Perhaps the service bulletin search should have been done on the front end? I am happy that it's fixed and appreciate the help Melinda gave me to ensure that it was resolved. Jason French More
