Takes too long and untrustworthy I made an appointment and dropped my car off early. When I hadn’t heard back nearing the end of the day, I called Craig Noteboom, my service advisor, I made an appointment and dropped my car off early. When I hadn’t heard back nearing the end of the day, I called Craig Noteboom, my service advisor, so said he’d get back to me with an update ASAP. The next day I still hadn’t heard anything, when I called up there Craig told me that there were other cars they had to take car of first- so what’s the point of having an appointment? A week later, they said it’d be a $700 fix. I got my car back and it still had the exact same problem. I took it back. They had my car two whole weeks before I heard back from Craig this time. At this point I had no trust with this service department or advisor so I picked my car back up. I will never recommend anyone go here for anything. More

Mustang purchase Bought a mustang that wasn’t inspected and didn’t have keys. Took it home for a week (sat) in garage while we went out of town because we didn’t want Bought a mustang that wasn’t inspected and didn’t have keys. Took it home for a week (sat) in garage while we went out of town because we didn’t want it to get damaged at the dealership. When we got back the a/c and a multitude of others things didn’t work. We are now told it’s on us even though we had the staff and seller tell us when we get back it would get a full work up since they never got a chance to inspect it. Seems once they got our money we weren’t valued anymore. Now I have a piece of xxxx that will cost thousands to fix due to a dealership being shady and lazy. Don’t even get me started on the fact that everything we went up there it took 20 mins for someone to notice or ask if we needed something More
