We started to do the paper work and he came back and gave us the information and we asked if we could add the sales tax in it we’ll he insisted that we didn’t because it would make our payments go up, to be honest it shouldn’t matter to him if it did or didn’t we the customers need to decide if we are ok with the payments or not because we will be the ones making them. Second thing that I didn’t like was that we asked for the second key to the car and all we were told, oh we don’t have an extra key to give you, that’s kind of disturbing because normally the dealers have an extra key to give you or they offer to make you one however this wasn’t offered to us no we have to pay extra to have an additional key made. Lastly to add to our bad experience we are having to figure out all the extras of the vehicle on our own because they weren’t shown to us and there was no owners manual in the vehicle so we could research them. This makes me feel like we were just another number to meet rather than feeling like we were customers. Traveling 2 and a half hours to get this kind of service makes me think I should have just gave our local dealerships our money because everytime we have gone it’s been a good experience. More

I used to go to Lander's in Benton near where I live, but they are HORRIBLE there....I have found a new home at Steve Lander's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Little Rock. I appreciate them as they continue to work with me to find out what is wrong with my car. Melinda Hopper is the best service advisor I've ever work with and Lander's in Little Rock is lucky to have her as an employee. She is always kind and courteous.... and I appreciate her patience with me as the team at Lander's tries to figure out what is wrong with me car. Poor Communication and Time Management I took my Jeep Wrangler in for new tie rods. Somehow the tie rod repair turned into a $1,400 bill. But the thing that REALLY TICKED ME OFF... I droppe I took my Jeep Wrangler in for new tie rods. Somehow the tie rod repair turned into a $1,400 bill. But the thing that REALLY TICKED ME OFF... I dropped my jeep off and was told it’d be ready in a day or 2. It took them 15 days to repair my jeep. Also my jeep leaked (which the dealership knew) but they left it out in the rain and it flooded up to the seats. Now we’re stuck with a vehicle that smells like mildew. In that 15 day period I was promised that the additional repairs would be covered by my warranty. But the day the car was completed, the bill was $1,400. They said oh your warranty is voided because we suspect your vehicle was damaged off roading. I HAVE NEVER GONE OFF ROADING. I baby my jeep. Big time. It’s my daily driver. So at this point, I had no car for 15 days. They put me in a rental for the last day. I couldn’t afford to not have a vehicle so I was stuck with this outrageous bill that I honestly couldn’t afford. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. More
