Disappointed The person michell who checked me in made it very clear that they might not be able to work on a fiat. I bought my car from you all??? Anyway I was give a rinse to work and no other instruction except we will call you. I never got. A call so at 530 I called her and she said oh no sorry but we haven’t even looked at your car. I said I am stuck at work how do I get home. She then said well you should know our shuttle stops at 430??? What! No I don’t know because you didn’t tell me. You didn’t call no instructions. They did send a van to pick me up and the van driver who was awesome apologized but in the same breath said she does this all the time. Forgets to call her customers. I picked up my car and I will take it elsewhere. More
