Billy and Tim located the vehicle I was looking for in Illinois and had it shipped to their dealership with no obligation to me. Poor customer service Ichanged my mind about doing an uneccessary service to my car the next morning (before my part got in. I asked for a log and the chick with the eyebrows (cant remember her name just her her eyebrows) scoffed like it was such a ludicrous idea to keep a log so in case that mechanic doesnt come in the next day for some reason no one comes behind him...and... does... the... same... thing? Stupid right? Like i guess i thought they had something so normal in order to ensure that people get their vehicles back in a timely fashion instead of making them wait until the, apparently, single solitary mechanic in the whole area to fix their car. More

Buy only if car has warranty Car broke down with in 2 weeks of purchase. They didn't have loner car, couldn't fix the one the one they sold me . I was told have it towed to Nissan Car broke down with in 2 weeks of purchase. They didn't have loner car, couldn't fix the one the one they sold me . I was told have it towed to Nissan at your expense. Still without vehicle when the sole purpose was to get reliable transportation. No one from landers has bothered to contact since I had it towed. That let's me know sales are more important than quality services. More
