2016. NV Nissan The light indicator for the tire pressure came on when I was looking at the van I purchased on 10/18/2018 I asked them to check it out. Well today I woke up to a flat tire. Makes me think they didn't want to replace a tire. Most likely they knew it had a slow leak. I cannot rate them properly until they decide if they are going to make it right or not. Very irritating. Why must dealerships hide things. More

HOORIBLE Horrible dealership. The only reason I bought from this dealership was because they were the only place that had what I was looking for. SAD HUH. They Horrible dealership. The only reason I bought from this dealership was because they were the only place that had what I was looking for. SAD HUH. They were so unhelpful and unprofessional on my first visit, 5-6 people were sitting on golf carts RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOOR when I walked into the dealership 2 of the people were arguing back & forth as well as throwing cuss words out like it wasn’t a work place ON TOP OF THAT NONE of them offered to help me or anything . I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. After shopping about 12 other dealerships I had to do what I absolutely didn’t want to do, go back to this dealership, when I went back however I got a different representative because I didn’t want the previous, his name was Butch & I am very happy with Butch. If it wasn’t for him I’m not sure if I would’ve even bought anything from here. ON TOP OF THAT I purchased what they considered a ‘new car’ with only 11,161 miles on it & DIDNT EVEN CHANGE MY OIL. I had 26% oil life. Really? On a NEW vehicle. So I had to call butch back and luckily got the approval for it which shouldn’t have even been a question. I love my vehicle but not the place I bought it from & hopefully it won’t be a problem in the future, even though them not changing my oil before I drove off the lot has already been a problem. Even though I loved butches service and helpfulness in getting me in a car I WOULD NOT recommended this dealership to ANY of my friends. More
