My best car buying experience ever. I made the appointment to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee on line and was assigned to Winston Marshall. The day before the appointment, Winston call I made the appointment to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee on line and was assigned to Winston Marshall. The day before the appointment, Winston called to make certain or to confirm the time. On the day of the appointment, he was there waiting with the suggested car ready to go. The test ride went fine as I owned a older model. The real test was the actual car buying experience, he asked the right questions, was very transparent with all of the negotiations and transactions. I was not certain if I would buy the car today but I got there at 1:30 and at around 3:45, the papers to purchase the auto were being signed. I was there for almost another hour meeting with the Financial Person and waiting for the car to be ready. Winston was the most honest, knowledgeable and transparent car sells man I have ever encounter and I have purchase many cars over my 50 years of purchasing cars. More
