Big fail I discovered after I returned home that the service department had not actually performed the tire rotation I was charged for. What other service was I discovered after I returned home that the service department had not actually performed the tire rotation I was charged for. Service center was a dissapointment Took my car to get the transmission fixed, 4-5 days later got my car back with the same issue! Still mot sure why i had to pay the diagnostic fee when Took my car to get the transmission fixed, 4-5 days later got my car back with the same issue! Still mot sure why i had to pay the diagnostic fee when clearly it wasnt diagnosed correctly as i still have the same issue. Now i have to take it in next week and i bet i will have to pay another diagnostic fee plus rental. I ended up paying close to $200 in car rental just so that my car could end up with the same issue More

Fast, easy, convenient Landers got me in a car, when another local dealership wanted to give me the run around. I called landers after dealing with the other dealership, and Landers got me in a car, when another local dealership wanted to give me the run around. I called landers after dealing with the other dealership, and was assured by the finance department that I WOULD be taken care of, and I was. I had my keys and car in under 2 hours of arriving at the dealership. I will say that the salesman was pretty preoccupied with other things, and he didn’t even actually show us the car. But it was the end of the day, the car was off the Toyota lot, and I’m sure he was ready to leave. All in all I will be back to Landers to get another vehicle when the need arises. This is our 3rd vehicle in 3 years, but first time buying at Landers. We will be back and I am beyond appreciative to have a car when another dealership told me I never would! Thanks! More
